Before the beginning of each season, the activity coordinator will submit a signed statement attesting that the following standards have been met and that Recreation Procedures will be adhered to.

1.      That all participants possess a valid sports card

2.      That all coaches have been Rutgers Certified

3.      That all coaches and volunteers of any kind have signed the Volunteer Application and that the League has conducted a search of the statewide sex offenders registry.

4.      That every participate has submitted a permission form and an emergency card

5.      That an adequate number of coaches and volunteers have attended Safety Zone seminars or have been certified in First Aid/CPR,
